The Delta Airlines online booking scam

When I went to Delta to book my flight I spent about 15 minutes selecting the right flight at the right price. After I entered my credit card info and went to purchase the flight they said it was no longer available at that price.

WHAT FREE MARKET BS IS THIS? IN WHAT COMPETITIVE MARKETPLACE DOES A SELLER GET TO RAISE THE PRICE BASED ON 'YOUR' DEMAND IN THAT VERY MOMENT? It sounds like something a drug dealer would do- oh so you need this crack, okay it's gonna cost you 50 bucks! Oh, so you're wiling to pay 50 bucks and you really want it? Now the price is $60 bitch. You still want it!? You must be willing to pay more. Usually a price point is defined going in the other direction.

I guess this is what the economists at Delta must have been thinking when they bought Northwest- We'll take price elasticity to a whole new level.

So go piss up a rope Delta, can I have my free upgrade please?

Ryan Pacyga lawyer attorney is a ripoff (Pacyga and Associates)

Ryan Pacyga is a smooth talking lawyer who didn't do squid for me. I gave him $2000 to represent me in a BUI case and it was a complete waste of money. I didn't even see the police report until the first hearing. His staff completely dropped the ball on my case.

Oh yeah, and if you get a Minnesota Boating While Intoxicated or Boating Under the Influence and it's your first offense don't bother hiring an attorney.

Has Anyone Seen Jesse Sawyer of Duluth, MN?

Jesse Sawyer was a kid from Duluth, MN who I used to know when I worked for the Target Market program. This kid was intelligent, creative, and cool. I'm thinking he's gone a long way and I'm curious whatever is becoming of him. If anyone knows please post here.

Lodging in lovely Parowan, Utah near Brian's Head

If you find yourself for any reason needing a place to stay in Parowan, Utah, I recommend the Days Inn. It is clean and cheap, and the breakfast doesn't even suck. Don't expect much of the decor, but for 46 USD after tax who can complain?

I travel for work frequently and experience a myriad of different hotels/motels. This one is a good value. It's also in close proximity to Brian's Head ski resort.

The motel does have a hottub (good and hot, with nice jets) and pool. The only downside is you have to walk outside to get to it.

This is my first blog ever, and why did I choose to blog on the Parowan, Utah Days Inn? The answer is out there, way way out there, far beyond my reach. But it probably has to with the timing. And anyhow the Indian who ran it seemed like an earnest hard worker in need of a little web promotion.

Happy travels
